Accounts & acceptable use

Keep credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Do not abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other customers, or upload unlawful content. Organization admins are responsible for members they invite and data they store.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for your organization.

Availability & changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Temnect is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
